MASSACRE MACHINE: PRESS

BLOOD of SOULS EP REVIEWS

"This type of music is awesome. I really loved the introduction. The guitar riff was awesome. The lead singer has a ton of control over his voice which is difficult in hard metal like this. I also love his raspy voice. Honestly, the song had me head banging the whole time. i love the meaning behind the lyrics and would love to hear more from this artist!"

"The music is fast paced, crunchy in sound and amazing to hear. It sounds like something that would be used in a great action pack movie. The vocalist has a voice perfect for this style of music. The electricals are out of sight and the background vocals are turned all the way up. I love the strong hard tones that come from the singers medium pitched voice. The song is exciting and really flows with raw talent. I am sure that this is music that will be around for a long time."

"The super fast introduction to this song is a static leaden riff that caught my attention easily. The melody quickly evolves into a heavy drum laden metal tune that actually has an important message. The music was sturdy and virtuoso. The vocals are intense and recall the great Ronnie James Dio. The backing vocals are hauntingly beautiful. The lyrics deliver a strong message without preaching. This is a quick, heavy and pointed piece of music that leaves a strong impression. The overall production quality was first rate and I definitely see this song as a metal radio hit."

"I love the beat. The timbre kind of makes me think of an underground grunge club or something. It's a great song and seems kind of dark and violent. It would be perfect to mosh to."

"Hardcore guitar beginning which i really appreciate and love. The song itself is heavy and the guitars and drums rock so hard! They are awesome and fast. The song was short and to the point which is pretty awesome. Guitar, drum, bass, vocals, lyrics, chorus, boobs, concerts, radio, popular."

"THIS PARTICULAR PIECE I DO UNDERSTAND THE LYRICS TO. IT SEEMS TO RELATE TO TODAY'S ERA. YOU CAN LISTEN TO THE WORDS AND THINK ON THE WAR HOW THE BLOOD AND CHILDREN ARE MENTIONED IN IT. WE ARE AT WAR EVERYDAY. WHETHER OVER SEAS OR IN OUR OWN BACK YARD. THE MUSIC IS HARD CORE BUT IT HAS A GOOD BEAT AND IT IS A CATCHY TUNE."

"Great music, great beat, awesome energy! The singer is spot-on. The entire band is really good! I could listen to this all day long! Even the lyrics are good; they actually make logical sense. These guys will do well."

"The beginning is cool with the guitar shredding. The vocals are heavy and the lyrics dark. This is a cool rock tune. The guitar solo was absolutely amazing. This is the kind of song that makes me wish I played electric guitar. Sounds a lot like a good classic heavy rock song."

"Has a hardcore acid rock feel. Strong thunderous high impact high energy. This was what power rock use to sound like. Background and over all feel is like music from the underworld! It will do well ...I think."

"Bass and drums drive this great throwback to the old masters! BonJoviesque quality to the guitars. Dark lyrics, but most hard and heavy music is. Crazy love for this song! Awesome guitar single, reminds me of Jagger-like swagger!"

FYI...We don't sound anything like Bon Jovi but Thanks for the review ~ Shred

"The song is instantly very driving and powerful. I love how his vocals are strong and keep up with the incredible power of the song easily. The drums are exceptionally well done and the guitars are passionate and driving. The singer has awesome range and he is suited so well to metal music. Great lyrics and this song is totally headbang worthy."

"I thought that the song started off with a blistering energy, and it was clear that rock and roll was this band's modus operandi. It sounded like it was veering into the metal territory even, which gave it an additional heaviness and grittiness. I thought that the singer suited the tone of the track very well indeed, and the crashing of the drums really enlivened and galvanized the track. There were some things about it that were a little bit formulaic, but I think that there is definitely still a demographic of music listener for this brand of music. The imagery was dark and menacing, as metal songs are wont to be. The guttural backing vocals during the chorus really made it even more frightening."

"The drums are very catchy as is the electric guitar. I think this song has some appeal to it. It might be used in alternative sports video games because of the energy that it brings to the table. It really rocks hard. This is pretty good music for driving and for doing things around the house. It gives motivation. I like the song. The vocals match the sound of the music. Both are fast, loud and in your face. Good job. I rate this a 8 out of 10."

"This song is very demonic totally. Somehow this soung makes me want to run to the nearest church and sanctify my self. This band really needs jesus. It would scare people with the lyrics of this song."

Gotta admit this one is my favorite thus far (LOL). FYI...If you pay attention to the lyrics, this song is about man's twisting of religious doctrine to suit his own schemes and YES...War and nuclear annihilation are scary...Just sayin' ~ Shred

"The heavy metal sound is awesome. The lyrics are very clear, the drums are really fast. The voice fits the rest of the song, very little screamo. Its pretty good. I think the guitar solo in the middle was amazing."

"The production quality of this is great. The speed of the drums and guitars and bass really kick up the impact of the vocals. This has a great potential of reaching the top 10 charts and I can see this being used in either film or commercial works. The message was great, and the music was better!"

"I love the guitar! I love the guys voice, and especially the drums! This is a great song. I'd listen to it daily. The lyrics are great. This band seems pretty awesome. I love it honestly! The guitar is simply amazing!"

"It has a static chainsaw sound with heavy guitars. The speed metal sound works with the vocalist. This has a true metal feel from the early day of metal. The sound is clear for this type of music. The lyrics work with the verses. The lead in and lead out of the vocalist works well. The screaming is in all the right spots. The speedy sound keeps this rolling. It has a calming sound with the percussion in the background. This works for this type of genre."
